The Need: Motivated Employees Our clients, surving entry-leveled jobs, which haev typically high turn-over, are motivated, loyol employees, loooking for long term job security. Currently in the work force there exists a lack of available and motivated entry level candidates for these positions. TMI sources qualified applicants from the largest untapped labor pool.
