SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM - DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION SERVICES

What We Do . . .

Provide Supported Employment Services that include, but are not limited to:

  • Individualized employment opportunities in integrated settings at a 1:1 staff to
    participant ratio

  • Group placement with ongoing job coaching at a 1:3 staff to participant ratio

  • Employment preparation, job development and placement services

  • Training in work-related skills including money management, socialization,
    and self advocacy skills

Provide Community Employment Services that include, but are not limited to:

  • Individualized vocational profile assessment

  • Employment preparation activities

  • Job development and placement

Supported Employment and Community Employment Services are funded by the
State Department of Rehabilitation and Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
