Assessment and Intervention Services

The Assessment and Intervention Services (AIS) program is a wrap-around program that is currently serving the Riverside County catchment area. It is designed to provide person-centered services and supports to individuals within the context of family homes, group homes, and independent living arrangements.

AIS staff, which includes a Social Worker and Licensed Behavior Consultant, provides children, adults, families and/or caregivers the tools necessary to identify, manage, reduce and/or extinguish behavioral challenges. We contend that all behavior has communicative intent and it is our responsibility to discover its meaning and act on it in a way that preserves the dignity, safety, and well being of others. The overall goal of AIS is to provide the supports and services necessary to ensure that individuals receive services, which promote full inclusion in the least restrictive environment.

For more information, please contact Tracy Guzman, AIS Social Worker/Coordinator, at 619-921-5112.
