Our belief that all people are capable of performing real work for real pay has led us to develop an array of employment services which focuses on helping people to achieve a rich and rewarding life. TMI is committed to breaking the stereotypes by helping those who rely on our support to engage in career planning not merely job matching, to aspire to jobs beyond those in which people with disabilities have been traditionally placed and to work at jobs which are as much a reflection of their own interests as they are a particular employer's needs.
