Integrated Work Program Qualified Applicants

In addition to the above direct placement applicant qualifications, we can work with you by placing three individuals for a maximum of 20 hours per week. Duties would be mutually pre-planned to fill your company's needs (ie; janitorial, mail room, food service and many other areas). There is also the possibility of sub-minimum wage designation. Additionally, TMI applicants are brought to work, supervised, and taken home by a professional job coach. This ensures excellent attendance, job success, and minimal supervisory time by the employer.
