GOLFING FORE INDEPENDENCE

POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - San Diego County Senior Golf Association (SDCSGA), a nonprofit organization, has partnered with Toward Maximum Independence (TMI) for Golfing Fore Independence. Proceeds will be donated to TMI’s Julie Casey Fund for our clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Julie Casey was a young woman with Down syndrome who TMI was proud to support for almost eight years. She lived in her own apartment and worked at her local public library. Julie's energy and enthusiasm were infectious. With her love of music and dance she was often the life of any TMI special event!

Sadly, Julie died unexpectedly of complications from pneumonia only a few weeks before her 27th birthday in 1996. Your participation will help to keep Julie’s infectious spirit alive and help TMI continue to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we support.
