Yesenia Villegas

With TMI since January 2022, Yesenia Villegas brings both financial expertise and a deep commitment to the community in her role as TMI’s Staff Board Representative. A San Diego native, Yesenia holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

As a mother to a 20-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son with autism and ADHD, Yesenia has personally navigated the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC) system and been connected with it since 2020. Her lived experience as a parent to a child with special needs fuels her passion for TMI's mission and the individuals we serve.

Outside of work, Yesenia loves traveling to new places with her family and is a die-hard San Diego Padres fan. She is truly honored and privileged to represent the TMI team on the Board of Directors.
