Frances Johnson

Frances is a graduate of National University with a Master's Degree in Management, minoring in Organizational Development. She also received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, minoring in Spanish at California State University, Chico. Her passion for helping others has landed her jobs in the education and health care field for more than 30 years. Here at TMI she strives to assist in reaching the agency's recruitment, staff training, cultural sensitivity, and community engagement goals.
