Holli Ross

Native to Northern California, Holli graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with a Criminal Justice minor. She later pursued a teaching credential and received her Masters in Education from the University of San Francisco. Having taught three years in middle school and high school, Holli worked closely with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting their educational and school community goals.

Deciding to change careers, TMI’s mission, vision, and values spoke to her passion for helping others. She believes that the services provided to TMI’s clients are an integral part of a successful and inclusive community. With TMI since March 2022, she is proud to be a part of something special every day that she knows leaves a lasting impact on our clients, their families, and every TMI staff member.
