Thank you for your interest in Toward Maximum Independence (TMI). We have been dedicated to transforming the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities since 1981 and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing since 2000. With offices in San Diego, Escondido, Temecula, El Centro and Corona, we have nearly 400 employees and provide services to more than 1,000 clients throughout San Diego, Riverside and Imperial Counties.
