Employment Solutions
The TMI employment programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Riverside County include: Community Integration Training Program, Supported Employment (services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing are available), Paid Internship Program and Tailored Day Services. Our innovative programs seek to assist our clients with finding employment if they desire and/or help them integrate into the community by volunteering at local businesses with the support of a TMI Job Coach. We assist our clients with being contributing members of society.
Assessment and Intervention Services
Our Family Support Services program, Assessment and Intervention Services (AIS), is designed to provide person-centered services and supports to participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities within the context of family homes, group homes and independent living arrangements. AIS staff, with input from the Interdisciplinary Planning Team, will provide participants, families, support staff and/or caregivers the tools necessary to help manage, reduce, and/or extinguish targeted behaviors. We promote inclusion in the least restrictive environment.
