Melissa Rapoza

With TMI since 2014, Melissa started as a Job Coach and moved through the ranks due to her hard work and dedication to those that we serve. Her work ethic, which she attributes to her parents, had led her to work in management and administration over the years. As a child, she witnessed her parents work a 9-5 job, as well as dedicate time to volunteering within their church and school. It was through their many hours per week of sacrifice that Melissa gained experience volunteering and to be of service where needed. Melissa is a wife and mom to three adult children. She feels that the opportunities that TMI offers for our clients to experience inclusion gives true meaning to the work that she does and is truly transforming lives.
