TMI Client Celebrates Five Years at BO-beau in Ocean Beach

Updated: May 15, 2019

Toward Maximum Independence (TMI) Supported Employment client, Jethro, just celebrated five years as an employee of BO-beau Kitchen and Bar in Ocean Beach. He is a great employee who helps to make the kitchen run smoothly as a line cook and dishwasher. Jethro enjoys helping to prep fresh vegetables and seafood for BO-beau’s amazing chefs. According to managers at BO-beau, he is in great standing and does an excellent job! Jethro is a model of independence and exemplifies what TMI's mission is all about.

TMI's mission is to provide personalized services to those who require support, enabling them to make informed choices regarding how they live, work and function productively and independently in the community. With TMI's assistance, Jethro has made choices that have helped him to excel both professionally and personally.

Jethro recently went on a week vacation to Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota, by himself, without knowing anyone there! Jethro’s spirit for adventure is inspiring to everyone at BO-beau. He would love to visit Alaska someday! He continues to cross new frontiers and is an inspiration to all who know him. Thank you to Bo-beau and the Cohn Restaurant Group for partnering with TMI to make a difference in Jethro's life. Thank you also to his amazing TMI Job Coaches Ryan Lentz and Andrew Palasciano. Congratulations, Jethro!
