Each year TMI clients and staff enjoy our Annual Picnic by the Bay. The picnic gives our clients an opportunity to meet new friends, catch up with old ones, play games and eat delicious food. There is also an art station to create beautiful TMI tote bags, an exciting cookie walk and a free ice cream truck!
Seeing the smiles from our clients at the picnic brings great joy to TMI staff who volunteer to run the event including event organizers Niki Watkins and Melinda Lara. For some staff who don't work in the field the picnic gives them, as well as our Board of Directors, an opportunity to visit with clients and see first hand the impact TMI is having on their lives. We are already looking forward to our next picnic!
