Congratulations to TMI's 4th Quarter Administrative Promotions

Updated: May 14, 2019

Bianca Cervantes was recently promoted to a Toward Maximum Independence (TMI) Employment Solutions Division Manager for our Corona office. With TMI since September 2016, Bianca brings eight years of experience assisting individuals with developmental disabilities to her new role. She joined TMI through a recommendation from a Job Coach at the time.

“I worked alongside her at a previous company and she always spoke highly of TMI, she knew I'd feel the same once on board and boy was she right,” said Bianca. “I love working for TMI for many reasons, but mainly because it allows me the opportunity to leave my footprint on this world through doing what fills my heart the most; helping others.”

Bianca and her fiancé, Carlos, are parents to a very charismatic three year old girl, Adrienne. On the weekends they enjoy exploring new places together and are rarely ever apart.

Her all-time favorite quote which describes her the best is: "What you do for yourself is gone when you are, what you do for others remains as your legacy." ― Kalu Ndukwe Kalu.

So true! Congratulations, Bianca!

While working at a TMI volunteer job site in 2016, Eva Prendes was first introduced to TMI’s mission and vision. She knew immediately that job coaching would be an ideal fit for her after being referred by a fellow TMI Job Coach. In February 2017, Eva was hired as a TMI Job Coach and in May 2018 was promoted to an Integrated Work (IW) Associate Division Manager with our Temecula office.

In addition to job coaching, Eva is taking psychology and behavioral science courses with an elective class in ASL.

“I love what I do, I love the hands on experiences that I have had with our clients, I absolutely love going home every day and feeling like I made a difference in someone’s life,” said Eva. “I am excited to expand my knowledge to be able to further serve the special needs community.”

Eva is a mother to three beautiful girls! In her free time she enjoys spending time with them outdoors, swimming, hiking, going to the beach and to theme parks and arcades.

“If there is something that I live by and that I will pass on to my daughters, it is to serve others, to love others unconditionally regardless of any disability and treat others the way you want to be treated… with love and respect,” added Eva.

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Congratulations, Eva!

Jasmine Oldham joined TMI as an IW Coach in January 2017 and was recently promoted to an IW Associate Division Manager for our San Diego office. She was born and raised in Southern California. Jasmine moved to San Diego a little over four years ago and loves it! She also loves corny 80's music and movies, her three fur babies and, of course, her hubby of almost 13 years, Ty.

“I look forward to learning and growing in my position and getting to know everyone,” said Jasmine.

Congratulations, Jasmine! We are happy to have you on board!
