Brent's impact stretches far and wide, but one of his most notable achievements lies in his instrumental role in developing and supporting group placements at Camp Pendleton. Through his tireless efforts and innovative spirit, Brent has not only transformed the lives of countless individuals with disabilities but has also significantly expanded our organization's footprint within the community.

However, Brent's contributions extend beyond his professional accomplishments. His passion for creating inclusive employment opportunities and his unwavering dedication to empowering others have left an indelible mark on TMI. Brent's journey is a testament to the difference one person can make in the lives of others.

In his own words, Brent shares his profound love for his work at TMI: "My favorite part about working at TMI is working with our clients. We have our challenges, but we try to overcome them with patience and humor. It makes me feel very happy to make a difference in their lives. I hope for the future that we can secure as many jobs as possible for our clients. I love TMI and I am grateful to be here!"

As we honor Brent's 30 years of service, let us express our deepest gratitude for his leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment. Brent's dedication to our organization and the individuals we serve is truly unparalleled, and we are immensely fortunate to have him as part of our team.

Congratulations to Brent on this well-deserved recognition and thank you for your extraordinary contributions to TMI! Here's to many more years of continued success and impact together. Brent, your legacy will forever inspire us all!
